Darryl Sharpton is injury-prone.

How is being hurt for one season, "injury-prone"???

And sryann might be right, I think we hit a gem with shawn loiseau. he knocked someone out after they hit him in the head with a pipe, and that person was in a coma for awhile... but this was when he was a junior. im not worry about that at all lol. i think he'll be a solid contributor to the special teams, and might crack into the LBs depth next year or so if he makes the team.

and devier posey, im not worry about him at all either, all he did was broke ncaa rules, not laws.

we might only going to take 8-9 OL instead of 10. if that's the case, nick mondek is probably the odd man out.

He missed 4 games as a rookie in 2010 because of an irregular heart beat and dislocated shoulder. And then in his second year in 2011 he missed 8 games (half the season) with a torn quadriceps tendon. And now entering his third year in 2012 he's expected to be a starter playing a big role on the team. I sure hope he can stay healthy and play a full 16 games. I'll remain cautiously optimistic with him. We do have Bradie James (veteran) and some other good young LBs who can help fill the void if he gets injured again is all I was trying to point out.

Keshawn Martin reminds a lot of a young Andre Davis.

Before Andre Davis damaged his knee and retired he was a great return guy and made a lot of plays at wide receiver. Both outside and in the slot. He even replaced an injured Andre Johnson and started six games one year.

Keshawn Martin is going to torch teams with his speed. Our special teams hasn't been good since Andre Davis left. I'm assuming Keshawn can return both kickoffs and punts. Maybe DeVier Posey will get a look on special teams. Houston also has Trindon Holliday signed to a one year deal (practice squad). The Texans have way too many wide receivers under contract (more than they ever had in their franchise history). A lot of eventual cuts will be made when they hit camp.

Dwight Jones is the Next Andre Johnson... Well According to Dwight Jones...

I do like that he said this but for him to say that points out to me that he IS NOT the next Andre Johnson.

I love Athletes that are confident and speaks there minds trying to pump people up, but its pretty big to say that where we still have a months to wait till the season

Just can't beat Andre he is an elite player, Keeps his nose cleans, and thinks before he talks.

I Can't wait for spring training and then the SEASON C'MON

Dwight Jones is the Next Andre Johnson... Well According to Dwight Jones...

He's practically the same body type and has the same ability to rack up a lot of yards after catch. But the major difference is his lack of concentration and he seems to be a lazy player that doesn't make the tough catches over the midldle of the field. He drops too many passes that seem routine but then a few plays later he'll make an amazing catch that only the elite wideouts make. He had a tendency to one-hand catch a lot of balls when he should be putting two hands on it.

If Dwight Jones can learn from Andre Johnson and see what it takes to become a great player then maybe he'll catch on fast. Even the great Jerry Rice was known to drop a lot of balls early in his career so there is always hope. You can't teach the physical tools that Dwight Jones has. He's a very blessed athlete. Some of the things he does wrong can be corrected with better effort and coaching.
