He'll be getting out of a punishment effectively... League can't punish him if he's not apart of it. Sure, NFL's other owners would initially take it as a win, but then they'd remember Jonathan Kraft wil be running the show, which he probably almost does already.

even if you're right (provide some evidence?), he can sell it to Jonathan lol. Pretty sure Jonathan Kraft would have no problem getting a loan or other interested parties in purchasing the team from his father...

As if this incident even registers on the top 50 worst things someone belonging to the patriots franchise has done, dont make me laugh bitterly

History will not b kind to the patriots, but no one will remember ol bobby getting the equivalent of a flu shot for his yellow fever
