Steelers have created a win-now window with their poor allocation of salary cap space, giving restructured contracts out the ass to old players. He's basically doing what Jerry Jones is doing; however, Kevin Colbert isn't going to get a spotlight like Jerry, so it mostly goes unnoticed.

Wish I would've saved that list of restructured contracts... they were leading the NFL iirc.

Draft expert Mike Mayock expects the Ravens to trade the No. 17 pick.

Idk how you can make that type of judgement before the draft starts but we'll see

There is no way of knowing that now. If a player the Ravens really like is there @ 17, they won't trade down. However, they do talk ahead of time with certain teams beneath them to discuss the possibility of a trade scenario. For example, if the 49ers really want someone (OBJ), they could have spoken with Ozzie ahead of time to state their interest in trading up if he's available.

We don't really need an OLB, but I'd take Van Noy simply because he seems like incredible value if he actually goes in the 3rd round.
