There are 4 bars within 2 miles from my house, over 50 restaurants within 3-4 miles. My area isn't bad by any means. Don't really care for interior, as long as your furniture is nice and you have nice things.

If you have the money for stuff like that, which it seems like you do then by all means go pay an absurd amount to live there & not own anything but your belongings.

I wasn't saying anything about the fusion, just stating how stupid it is to compare a 100k place to a 200k place. It's like comparing a base model car to an upgraded fully decked out one.
