Loads of Bucs fans @ Twitter doesn't seem to really care.
Experts seems to think that it's a good upgrade, claims that he has the potential to grow by having a specific role at center and not being moved to guard as Bucs did.

Of the few reliable things the Bucs Oline had, he was it. Can play center / lg / rg and be solid. Likely a good upgrade depending how many times yougot angry at your OLs last year

he's decent not a world beater... Can play both center and guard, plays center best. Seems like he would work better in a ZBS which you guys are going to i believe so I think he will accel as he has never played that scheme in Tampa but just seems more of a fit as he is smaller and a bit more agile. Kind of sucks to see him go as I wanted to see what he would do in the new scheme but i guess a 5th isnt bad compensation I say its a win win for both teams as you guys badly needed a center

I like the addition of this Zuttah guy, but I guess anything is better then having Gino there. I was at games and watched Gino let a defensive lineman walk right past him to Flacco without laying a finger on them.

We've extended Harbaughs contract through the 2017 season, like that move.
