Japrone was always GM from my recollection, but he probably pub stomped on occassions. Only time I ever was BM, was if someone was BM vs me first. Either NK, pots, or mods and then I'd face roll them if I could.

I never dueled. I sucked. Still do. You're not allowed to heal at all? But mana is ok?

Yes, GM rules dictate no potions of any kind accept mana (no juvs no reds no thawing pots no antidotes) and life replenish is capped at 40. (No cap for mana rep). And i think GM rules ban any paladin healing aura's except cleansing? Can't remember the last one, i only FPK'd really so didn't have to worry about pallys
