Tipping doesn't bother me, obviously it pays my bills and I can't pay rent with a 10 dollar tip on say a 100 dollar tab, but the tipping isn't why I do my job. I do it because it's what I like to do and enjoy it

That's how my grandparents are (dad's side). Shit drives me fucking crazy, they'll be awful through the entire service and even if the server is great, they'll be lucky to walk away with a 5% tip. Both my parents tip well and I usually do the same. Mediocre-bad service and I still leave 10%, if it's fucking awful I'll leave nothing and usually tell the server why.

Also, you guys are seriously rough on Indians. I worked with a handful of them at a past accounting job and they were honestly great people, though yes, they could smell at times. Most of my favorite posters on here are also Indian.

Bruh, working in the golf industry, I've come to absolutely fucking hate Asians at work. They're the goddamn worst. Mexicans are the best with Canadians as a very close second.
