I'm tired of Allen. Gotta get results. Can't do this rebuilding at a snail's pace. 3 years is too long to let a guy stay on board if he has all losing seasons...
I'd disagree. Snail's pace is better than moving backwards. As long as I'm seeing progress towards a playoff-ready team I'm sticking with a coach because that means he understands how to build a team for long-term success. It means he's improving by drafting, getting young guys that can stick around for 6-8 years and create a dominant franchise. Slow and steady isn't bad.
Also, consider the team he picked up. Aging QB, struggling defense, no WRs, and Darren McInjured was our one positive. While we don't have any WRs still, we have a new RB, and a solid front 7 on defense. We have 2 potential QBs to look at and even if they aren't what we need, he's at least moved the team forward.
One of the biggest struggles for anyone who coaches the Raiders is FA. How are we supposed to entice strong FA's to this team? We don't have a huge payroll and we're not winning. Considering these things, I think Allen has done okay. But again, it all rests on this upcoming draft. If he fills a few key holes and it looks like the team is finally breaking through, I would be incredibly happy to have him come back. If we have another embarrassing season like this one, I'd be okay with showing him the door.

Realistically our rebuilding won't culminate until Peyton retires. Not gonna take the division away from him. For me it's the 3 seasons after Peyton retires that are the biggest ones...that will show whether or not we've built well over the past few years and potentially past few coaches or whether we've been wasting our time and money on JaMarcus Russell.
