i have no idea who shiano is.. i know our coach is Schiano...

Sucks... TBH i was skeptical from the start when he was hired. Schiano was doing ok but from last year i kept my expectatiokns low but optimisim high that we woujld do something good. I dont think its just schiano our dc is pretty stupid and ou oc as well one thing we have problems with and believe our main concern is the adjustments after 2nd half which are non existant. Hopefully next year we will pull a chiefs and be good after a horrible season.

I have no idea what to expect from us this week. IMO, Glennon has not looked anywhere near as bad as I thought he might.

Our Defense is really whats pissing me off. If Gmac is doing all that work in the middle, why can't each of our ends get some qbs on their asses?! AC is ballin on most plays, but means / bowers / teo are almost invisible. Bowers had a good game on Sunday, but he still couldn't get it done. Unhappy with my Bowers jersey atm

That is still my view. A coaching scheme needs minimum 3 years to develop, to mesh, to work out the kinks - it is an outrageous idea to get rid of schiano after 2 years. We had dramatic improvement last year with Schiano - and god knows everyone of us knew we needed someone with balls to front our team - and we were mostly happy even with the injuries. We have the pieces in place, we are not executing and lets not forget we are killing ourselves with penalties which took away a nice muscle hamster run.

U guys seriously want to keep schiano????

I was always skeptical of schiano and I think hes decent but WAYYYY too stubborn. Have you guys seen us during the 2nd half? absolutely no gameplan and no adjustments, I dont remember the statistics but we have had the lead in i believe 4 of the 5 games at halftime and lost them all.. Thats on the coaching staff.

And his stubborness to not adapt to his players skills really annoys the shit out of me. Last year we played a lot of cover zero heavy blitzing with terrible corners that were just put out on an island. Now this year with the players we have we are playing a lot of zone with heavy blitzing... even with Revis. Than he keeps Teo-neishiem in even though the guy is terrible knowing damn well we should put in bowers and if not atleast play our rookies because Teo is not the answer. He has a lot of trouble with players and is way too stubborn to admit hes wrong which is a problem when coaching.
