Bro, I never said he wasn't. Dude is a freak athlete and I would have liked him as a FS in the 3rd round. Mainly because he switched between S and CB in college and never really had a set position.

Dude, teams are suppose to find starters in rounds 1-3. Real drafts are made by hitting on guys beyond the first 3 rounds.

And why are you calling them stars? If they killed all these first 3 rounds and drafted so many stars like you said, they would have a lot more wins..

You guys were a complete bottom feeder prior to bortles and still are with bortles.

You lose a franchise QB and you lose your season.

There is a reason why weeden and cassel were on so many teams

Yes, that's how it's supposed to work, but how many first, second, and third round players actually live up to expectations?

The stars the Cowboys have found have been on the O-Line, for the most part, and O-Lineman don't translate directly into wins. However, lets not forget that line gave Romo the best year of his career, and they could have easily made the SB last year, and Romo's been hurt all this year. I would also remind you that last year the Cowboys were supposed to have a historically awful defense, but they got lucky with Rolando McClain, and that wonderful O-Line kept the D off the field just enough.

If Romo doesn't have a glass collarbone, the Cowboys win the east by a large margin this year.

Don't resort to personal attacks. It makes your argument look weak.

Not resorting to anything i'm simply stating franchise QB's make or break a team.

Look at Bortles now compared to last year. It's a growing process the team still sucks but he's playing out of his mind.

Now if they put a decent team on the other side of theb all watch how they compete.

LMAO how defensive are we man? Completely change the subject after I hit the truth nerve my dude.

You know what's funny though? My Jags are only going up, while you guys are holding all hope onto Romo being able to come back at his absolute, possible best.

Bortles and this incredibly young Offense is only going to get better, while your guys franchises hope, big Tony Romo will never get an better. He has hit his peak and there's only a decline coming for him.

I'm saying a franchise QB will do that for you.

Look at the time from Brunell to now. Your offense is young and explosive but if bortles goes down then what?

The Cowboys hit on OL guys that were all first round picks... Smith, 8th overall?? Frederick 30th overall?? Martin, 16th overall?? Collins was a high first rounder before his legal issues. Don't act like they gambled on guys in the 3rd or 4th round.

We have never had the kind of young talent on this team, especially on Offense, that we do right now.

As a whole, our GM has hit on a solid amount of mid-late round draft picks. Just as well as his 1st-3rd round draft picks.

Hurns is a fuckin beast, but AR15 is our best WR. Hands down.

and Tarheels bro, I agree if we lost Bortles, it would be big. We officially have our franchise QB in him, but people are absolutely sleeping on this Jags roster. This is not the same classic Jags, we have all known for the last 4++years. The talent on this roster is very young, but it's absolutely legit.

Cowboys have drafted well the past few years. They sniped the Ravens on 2 separate occasions (Dez and Martin).
