Nobody is saying that we've shut down great rushing offenses, but there's definitely been teams that have had soft starts to the season and not been able to hold opponents to less than 2 yards/carry.

Neither was I. I'd just like the stat validated with a true test. The top rushing offense against the top rushing defense is a matchup I'd never thought I'd see in my lifetime as a GB fan. Only other time we've come close is when we were putting up 35-50 points a game and teams abandoned the run to try and keep up

Something is really off about having a great defense, a top 10 rushing offense, and a terrible passing game.

If you would have told me 5 years ago that this is how the team would function, I would have lost it and just ignored the bait attempt. I'm still much more in favor of these issues occurring now than at the middle and end of the season. Whereas the ugly drop monster didn't really rear it's ugly head until after the bye last year.
