Packers S Morgan Burnett (groin) and LB Clay Matthews (ankle/hamstring) have been ruled OUT, and DT Letroy Guion (knee) and DE/LB Datone Jones (knee) have been downgraded to doubtful for tomorrow’s game against the Detroit Lions.

Sigh. Offense is stagnant and defense is beat up. Going to be an interesting game tomorrow

Add in that Shields is in bad enough shape that he went to a concussion specialist yesterday. Womp

I mean, he missed a full month last season iirc so I was expecting the same result this time around. The specialist is probably going to give him the Welker treatment. With the concussion allegations and CTE frenzy, I wouldn't be surprised if he hangs it up after the next one either by his own will or by league coercion.

Yeah, I wasn't expecting him to be back quick. The "specialist visit" is always worrisome though.
