Yep and that's why hits to the back of the head are illegal in combat sports etc. Although that video is far more violent than Tua's hit just a little bit ago.

I knew a guy who slipped on a rock while walking down a creek bed going fishing. Feet went out from under him and he fell backwards and hit the back of his head. They found him later dead, fishing pole and tackle box still clenched in his hands. Absolutely tragic.
