Can we get ^ZealordEal thoughts on this?
Sure
Civil lawsuits, especially ones from anonymous plantifs aren't evidence of a crime being committed... pretty straight forward.
Testimony from named accusers is evidence certainly - but the threshold of certainty needs to be higher than a balance of probabilities and testimony alone is not sufficient.
No criminal charges, and no civil cases with decisions to base a ruling on - I'd be curious what exactly the evidence was for the 6 games?
Is there any evidence beyond accusations and first hand testimony? This is an honest question I don't know much about the details of the lawsuit beyond the fact all but one are settled.
Right before the AFC championship game I should coordinate one named plantiff and 30 anonymous plantiffs to launch a civil suit against Justin Herbert. Guy is too scary. Need suspension.
