You're trying to take the #1 overall QB from him and a team's true #1 WR (Lockett is the Hawks #1). All while trying to give him a #2 or #3 WR (tbd) and a RB who is injury prone and will likely be replaced by the rookie they just drafted in Trey Sermon.

This is his starting lineup. My offer was to swap #2 receivers, swap qbs, and give him a better RB than he has on his roster. Again, not saying it's a no brainer, just that it's not an insult of an opening offer.

Tough scene at RB, but it's one of those positions you stay patient at and play the waiver wire in this situation. One of the most injury prone positions in the league and Mostert isn't making his RB group any better. His team is getting much weaker if he accepts that trade, as you'd be taking away two of his best players on that roster lol, while not giving up much in return.

edit: also I said I'd need to see both full rosters, not just his half roster.

edit #2: i went back in the thread and seen your team post and yes my opinion stays the same. you'd be robbing him and it's an awful trade.

Have you ever tried to play the waiver wire for RBs in a 20 team league? Most of the 3rd string RBs for teams are rostered. This is a 20 man league with almost no bench. You aren’t just magically getting starters off waivers

This trade is an abomination. Samuel is going into the season hurt as the #2 WR on a team with mediocre QB play and Mostert is likely going to lose the job to Sermon at some point. SF uses multiple backs as well.

While Mahomes is just better than Herbert in every way.
