I can see both sides of this. Its on both of you. Its not his responsibility to check what your parlay adds up to, thats on you. He could have let you retract the last bet, but if other games started, its all one bet. If a guy had a 4 leg parlay and won 3 then wanted to retract the last one and collect I would tell them no also. I'm not sure of the times all this was done, but technically its one bet. I can't go to casino and ask them to retract a bet off my ticket once it starts. Also the final rule states by betting you accept all terms and conditions above. Hopefully you guys can work this out amicably.

Thats my take on the situation, but I'm just one vote like everyone else of it comes down to that.

1. It's Ian's fault for even considering betting on a shit team like the Packers. See GIF below:



2. I would think Parlays would be viewed as a single bet and cannot modify a Parlay once ANY of the games have began

3. Also, don't believe you should be able to add games to a parlay unless treated as an IGG--or allowed within the threads rules

4. Since it was simply a clerical error on Ian's part AND game had not started--the GM thing to do would have been to either A. Agree to keep bet without the 5k payout limit or B. allow him to retract the bet

5. I think technically speaking--a bet was placed--a bet was lost--but.....wtf mates

Really in my honest take, I like better than , that being said, you agree to final sentence in Op which states if you place a wager you agree to terms above. It's not his fault that added a bet to a parlay before the games started. If he added it after the first games in the parlay started then can't retract it, neither can , in my opinion.
Edit: Honestly I try to be fair and Impartial, and my 1 vote counts the same as other trusteds including and and they both should know that by now through our trusted discussions.
