Always seemed like a supremely overrated TE in this league. Good pass-catcher, useless blocker, not particularly tough.

He is now 4th in average salary per year and 10th in average guaranteed $ per year. Seems like overpay. I would consider him equal to Coby Fleener.

He gets knocked for his blocking a lot, but he made really good strides with his blocking this year. The contract is a lot better than it looks too. I'd expect Fleener to get a similar number and Jordan Reed to probably get 5/50 w/ 25+ guaranteed

Browns not giving up on Manziel.....

What a joke, guy obviously doesn't give a shit and shouldn't even be in the league. No wonder that organization is a dumpster fire.

"The Browns are in the condition they are because they have not drafted well"

Yeah, THAT'S why.

I think that's why he succeeds is because of nickel and dime Smith. Those dump offs are great for TEs.

I can't tell you how many times I saw kelce wide open this year and smith just didn't even look at him. It made me cringe

Super excited about Lane Johnson. Equally excited to have Celek back with a lower cap hit and Ertz for the foreseeable future. I hope we can lure another offensive lineman in free agency and pick up a few young ones in the draft. If we do that and lock up Cox and avoid signing any crazy FA deals for skill position players, I'll be stoked.

how are the Eagles signing all these players do they have that much in cap space? They also need to sign Vinny Curry supposedly as well to a contracture.

Please no Eagles don't resign Curry. They need to focus on Cox and let Curry walk. Curry to Jacksonville please sum.

I have no problem with anyone saying Kelce is the 2nd best TE in the league. He is in that 2nd tier below Gronkowski along with a few others like Olsen (who will be getting old soon) or Eifert (who can have some horrible games). He's worth the money.

Lane Johnson will work well in Philly's forthcoming ZBS, which I assume a Reid disciple will be installing, so not bad extending him. Celek isn't a bad extension either. Eagles really putting in work to get guys signed early for some reason.

With Roseman handling contracts, I have faith that we can retain Cox, Curry, and Bradford and still maintain cap flexibility for 2017. He's a magician with these contracts

Luckily, you guys don't have to really try and resign Cox until next year, so that'll help with signing some guys this season. You guys can definitely make it work, I just want Curry on my Jags :(

I loved him coming out of Marshall and he has been productive playing out of position for you guys. You guys changing back to a 4-3 base will definitely up his production even more. He's an ideal 4-3 base DE.
