Ok. Even if you want to make that point (which is wrong), afterwards he says it is a donation. Before the game takes place. So, worst case scenario... that should count as a retract.

so its not a bet because Ewok didnt think they would lose on a 20 game win streak, and made a troll post saying "oh if they win ill give you 100fg, cd"

that is a bet my friend, he bet 100fg the streak would not end.
