It's 90% strategy if you dont know the best strategy, but if it comes to a game full of people that know "the" strategy, then it does drop down to a 1% strategy and 99% luck game.
Although... I don't understand how you can be ranked as #1 in the world or #4 on yahoo or w/e people are saying their ranked. All that means is good luck...
