Cowher or Gruden...Urban is happy with OSU lol. Other than that, IDK. Nothing out there I see as a real HC worth hiring, but I fucking hate Shurmur. The guy has no emotion other than depressed. I think he might be bi-polar or some shit.

Urban can stay at OSU, we love him there.

I hope it's Cowher, we could use a little old school toughness and the dude is a nut.
