i c what u guys mean about it, its mutual acknowledgement, but not every scenario plays out like this

But in this scenario, the guy sent the fg upfront, got the other person saying "cool, gl" but when the game wasn't going his way, he sent the original fg back saying that it wasn't "confirmed" thus voiding the bet somehow.

This isnt a direct shot at anyone whos incharge (Idk who makes the judgments of whos a welcher etc) but if you can't figure out whats a bet or not because someone didnt say the exact word or a variation of "confirmed" then you shouldnt be incharge.
