Seems like a guess for now, tho it has been discussed that it's a possibility that he'll be suspended, for how long no one knows right now, because the information about the case is pretty limited to the public.

Had a feeling Leach would be gone, considering how little he was used, plus they drafted Juice.

I could see McClain returning though, since his market value is limited.
