Round 7 will always just be BPA that they like lol.

Detroit Lions

Round 1 - DeMarcus Milliner, CB, Alabama
Round 2 - Eric Reid, S, LSU
Round 3 - Alex Hurst, OT, LSU
Round 5 - Marquess Wilson, WR, Washington State
Round 6 - Blaize Foltz, G, TCU
Round 7 - BPA

Secondary is an obvious concern for the Lions and with the combo of Milliner and Reid, they get two starters that are upgrades.  They also have an obvious need at offensive line  and Hurst will be able to fill that other tackle spot across from Reiff.  Foltz is a late round developmental prospect who can eventually crack the lineup but will mostly be a depth guy.  Wide receiver has become a pressing need for the Lions now.  With Broyles tearing his ACL and Titus Young being a head case, they need someone.  Wilson is first/second round talent who will fall drastically due to his attitude.  What better place to put him than in a high powered passing offense with the best receiver in the game to mentor him?

from randolph's "who should your team draft" thread

god i hope those first 2 round picks happen..

dee milliner + chris houston at corner, delmas + reid at safety = secondary problems solved

Might not be totally solved with 2 rookies starting, but it cant get much worse.

somewhat agree

but i think it's been proven that corners are ready to go right when they come into the league (patrick peterson janoris jenkins etc)

safetys are a different story. and obviously this scenario would require delmas to stay healthy <_<

And Houston and the rookies too, Houston has been a little injury prone imo.
