You can't replace DeMeco Ryans' leadership but you can draft another talented linebacker from Alabama. Hightower is slightly bigger and looks just as athletic as Ryans was coming out of Alabama back in 2006. They're nearly identical projection wise in the draft. Ryans was the first pick in the second round (33rd overall), and Hightower will likely be a late first rounder (24 to 32 range).
Ravens will trade up for him.
