Wife wants ribs and NY strip. So I'll make that with some salad and a few potatos
Solid gameplan. Picked up 3 racks of ribs for the smoker, gonna do the Traeger "everything" rub on all 3, then do 1 rack with the Joe's "hot" like I did two weeks ago, 1 rack with Stubbs' Original Sauce, then haven't decided on the third just yet. Might be Rub-Only.
Picked up some stuff to make a 7 layer dip as well as a Velveeta/Rotel dip.
Need to add another option or two in there, just haven't quite figured it out yet. Won't be Philly Cheesesteaks or anything Bird-related for superstitions sake. Gonna be Pork or Beef for this super bowl.
