Didn’t the pats spend a first round pick on a RB who is currently riding the bench?

Maybe should have gotten an O-lineman to protect their prehistoric qb

They didn't want to rush him out, but myself and plenty of others have been pretty outspoken about how horrible of a choice we felt this was. Our O-line isn't horrendous and will hold up well enough with Brady's quick release. Our biggest area of concern was our inability to pressure the oppositions QB. We had ZERO fucking pass rush the last two years after getting rid of Jones/Collins and dealing with some injures and that's been where we've been the weakest. Our secondary has gotten a lot of flack of course, but you can't expect them to excel when even a garbage O-line was giving their Qbs 10+ seconds on every fucking down to find an open target.

I'm confident Michel will be an explosive addition to the offense, but it was a completely unnecessary and wasteful 1st round pick.

We did draft an olineman (OT) in the first (he's out the year but we still drafted one in the first round)... maybe stick to the Browns thread?

Last page I said it looked like our defense had "new life", now I know it's only 1 game, but our defense got pressure the most (53%+ of the time) on the opposing QB (Watson) out of all 32 teams in week 1.

also some other notes along with the Corey Coleman signing, also signed RB (And punt returner) Kenjon Barner, and WR Bennie Fowler

also worked out a few other players (didn't sign) including former patriot WR Brandon Tate lol.

Patriots insider Tom E. Curran thinks Brady will either retire or play somewhere else after next season (so starting the 2020 season). He doesn't think the patriots will franchise him on a yearly basis for $30+ million or whatever.

I hope either he's wrong or I hope we win a super bowl in one of these next two years lol.

Who was it that didn't touch the Jags player that crossed the line in 4th Q on our last drive?

BB was really on him after the play
