all i'm saying is that if blount really was as good as you've been saying for the last few pages of this thread, why was he let go for next to nothing? your "point a" above makes no sense btw. you said the previous post that he can explode any time he touches the ball. that has nothing to do with his "power run" style. if a player has that ability, it shouldn't matter how he fits in the offense bc the offense would build around that. i.e. Packers with cobb, jordy, etc.
you're having a hard time letting go, but just be happy you have a top 5 back in Martin. Rarely does a talent come out of the draft that deadly from the start.

Yea well they brought in peyton hillis so it wasnt the running style s they both have the same style but peyton is a better reciever out of the backfield. There was speculation that schiano was rubbed the wrong way and they both were butting heads and schiano didnt like that.
