I cannot draft on 8/31 please do not set a draft date on that day. Any other day is fine. As a father of 2 young children (6mos, and 3yr) It would be most helpful for the draft to be later at night if on a weekday, preferably 9Est or later. I understand this time does not work with everyone and I'll make it work regardless, but I absolutely will not able to draft on 8/31.

I agree. I also get too drunk on the weekends so Sunday-Thursday is best for me and at night after 9
