I'm surpsied tagging someone is even up for debate given how everything played out. It's not like as Terps said "someone overbid and refused to pay"

If I have $20 and I need 4 $5 bills and you're willing to break my 20, I give you my 20 and you run off with it, you welched me.

If I pick out a bunch of stuff to buy at a store, go up to the counter and my card is declined I have not stolen anything I simply cannot pay. - this is not malicious or wrong. Albeit is stupid.

Lets not let all this get buried, Naked wants them at 700 still....Auction has not concluded. There is still time to make this right by him.

But if it falls to runnaked then terps can't bid anymore and his whole ploy was for naught. Terps disregarded his own rules so he could bid and win.

IDK about all of that lol, i pretty much stay out of any drama and havent had any issues with others and or Terps at all...but do know the right thing would to be to sell them to Naked. He rightfully played by the rules was the runner up and would like them at 700fg. I am not speaking on the issue of the winner not paying, I am just speaking on the rules of it going to Naked since it was not paid for. Naked is one of the most honest people in here and it would suck to shaft him on this is all. This auction is not over and there is still time to do right by him as its not promised to anyone else at this point but him

I definitely agree here, Terps - the guy running the auctions and making the rules - should not be allowed to buy in a new auction that he decided to have in lieu of defaulting to the previous bidder. Especially given we're 4 games into the season.

It’s almost as if your attitude and how you treat people actually matter. Of course you’d be blacklisted. All you do is spout nonsense for the sake of spouting nonsense. You’re like the one guy on the side of the street holding a megaphone screaming “COVID isnt real. It’s made up to control us!” Treat people better and you’d get treated better.

As for the actual topic here, it was dumb that he couldn’t figure out that he won but in his defense he did actually ask without a response. I don’t think he should be welcher tagged. I’d be willing to pay the 1k for him if it came down to that. Perhaps something like not allowing him to bid on next years Super Bowl auctions would be sufficient.

E; this should 100% go to whoever was 2nd in that auction though
