yeah, schaub either wasnt comfortable, or barely starting to practice or some shit. he was off on most of his throws. and yeah, mario didnt have a good game. but idk, its just preseason.

Moving him to OLB is kind of weird, but that rook J.J. Watt is going to be special and you can tell he's a good kid because of everything they said about him. Your pass rush could be dirty this yr.

Texans have potential for a great goal line defense this season. They should be able to force more Field Goals inside the red zone. The past few seasons it was a high-percentage Touchdown every time for the opposing team. I hope we get to see Jonathan Joseph pretty soon. People on ESPN NFL Countdown keep praising him like he's a difference maker. I'd like to see it with my own eyes. I didn't get to see him play that much with the Bengals.

yeah, i think we're gonna be better at pass rushing. i still dont know about the pass defense tho. i know joj didnt play, but still. like i said tho, our backups olb looked better, but then again they played against a qb who ran 10 yards pass the LOS then threw the ball.

Adding Joseph is fine, but in this league now you need 2 talented CBs if you want to win. Even the LB position is becoming less and less important because you have these QBs who spread out 4 wide and kill you on short passes (Brady/Rodgers/Brees etc)

Football is changing, a lot.

Oh and by the way, your special teams was horrible tonight.

LOL, we got lucky on that final Jets drive. They had the game-winning TD in their hands. But we had 3 sacks on that drive get away from missed tackles.

i know, read post #73 lol

kicking/punting and coverage was all kinds of horrible.

and yeah, we're gonna need a good #2 cb next year, fa or draft

i dont think brandon harris will be the #2cb ever, but i think he can be a great nickle. i just hope wade/kubiak arent fucktards and start KJ.

Don't worry, Kyle Wilson was nothing special. Granted his first season he practiced all of camp as a #1 cover CB because of the Revis lock-out and never really got into the whole nickle CB thing, this yr I hope he steps it up.

Revis - Cro - Wilson - Smith - Leonhard

Could be a dirty secondary
