Ehhh. You should look at how much he added to the National Debt. By all accounts, he was terrible there. They don't call him the King of Debt for nothing.

He also had the front end of Covid and I am sure that all got tacked on to his “national debt” contributions

I just drive to work so paying $50 every 2 weeks for gas isn’t a big deal to me, but food prices, utility bills, rent, mortgage rates, car loan rates etc. have all been through the roof for many for the last 4 years. Having the chance to buy a house at a sub ~4% would be ideal but I dont imagine it will ever get that low again
