WEEI's Ryan Hannable has Rex Burkhead as the #1 RB on the depth chart. Followed by Sony Michel and James White who are "close behind", and he hss Jeremy Hill and Mike Gillislee at the bottom.

Surprised to hear him say Sony Michel has already leap frogged Gillislee & Hill.

So i don't think the Edelman suspension is the worst thing in the world, we'll need him (probably) for a deep playoff run and this will only give him extra rest/a longer shelf life. Plus it gives our newer recievers (britt, patterson, berrios, jordan matthews who i totally forgot we signed lol etc) more targets/more time to gel w/ brady, in the first four games.

Apparently a reddit user reported last night (before even Schefter reported it) that Edelman would be getting a 4 game suspension for P.E.D. use...

Strange. I bet it's an ESPN pleb or something.

From multiple sources, here's what I have re: the Gronk rumors. Told Belichick wanted to trade him. Offers on the table w both the Titans and 49ers. He and Robert Kraft had a closed-door meeting to discuss. Tom Brady threatened to retire if the deal went through. Kraft nixed it.

Fuck man, I knew shit was deteriorating, but this is sounding rough. If BB had his way and they would have gotten rid of Brady and kept Jimmy, we wouldn't be in this mess. Kraft fucked up the dynasty, we could have been good for another decade if they could have been as cut-throat with Brady as they have been with every single other player.

Not that I want Brady to get dicked, or I want Brady gone, it'd crush me, but it's just always been the NE way.
