I was already in my car trying to beat the traffic out, but I heard a bunch of "whoa whoa whoa whoa" and some angry yelling going on, then like 4 minutes later a couple cop cars and an Ambulance went by. Friend of mine closer to that lot said someone got ran over, not sure if it was a dispute or an accident though.
