Buffalo has a top 5 defense and one of the best defensive minded coaches in the league (I fucking hate rex but that's just the way it is). That combined with one of the top rushers in the league and a young passing threat is more terrifying theoretically than Geno Smith could ever be. I shouldn't need to explain why Mia looks better.

I'm just thinking that you guys will be fighting for the #3 spot with Buffalo. Mia should be a lock for #2 and NE will finish at #1 at 11-5 or 12-4. Obviously homering NE doing that well with how weak we look, but it tends to happen regardless of how shitty we look at the start of the season lol.

We'll see man. The AFC East is definitely looking up and the Jets could be real contenders in a year or two, it just isn't their* time yet.

I honestly don't know why people think the Jets are such a weak team. Our defense upgraded immensely, and it was already good to begin with... we added another top tier WR on our team as well. Like usual it will fall to the play of our QB, but if Fitzpatrick plays just average and doesn't turn the ball over.. we will win plenty of games.

I could be completely wrong about your QB situation but it's my opinion that Fitz has already proven he can't get it done and I think Geno is an absolute joke. Like I said, we'll have to wait and see how the season plays out but it's not unrealistic to think that you guys could be in the bottom of the division with how tough everyone else looks.

Jets had arguably the best DL in the league last season, and their biggest weakness defensively was CB... and they added two top CBs this off-season (Including the best one in the league), the Jets defense is on-par or if better then the Bills. Todd Bowles is also a great defensive minded coach..... also, the Patriots easily have the worst defense in the division and it's not close.

Jets offense has the best weapons it's had in recent years, and it's not even close. Fitzpatrick in 12 games in 2014 put up a 63% completion%, 17-8 TD/INT ratio, 95 QB rating..

If he does that with the Jets this season, we are a playoff team.
