Today will mark the next step in that process.
Brady and his legal team will file their official request for a second hearing by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals by the end of the day. This was the final day for Brady to appeal the four-game suspension that was reinstated April 25.
"The facts here are so drastic and so apparent that the court should rehear it," lawyer Ted Olson told ABC's Good Morning America today.
The court will then have to decide whether to rehear Brady's case, which will be determined by a majority vote of its 13 judges
