Thx, rough lost. Great defenses today, unfortunately Houston's couldn't overcome our stupid mistakes. GL against the Patriots.
Same sentiments from me. I wrote a thread. I'm proud of the Texans for what they did this season. Time to make a real run next year with an experienced quarterback who knows how to read opposing defenses. And I believe Mario Williams is going to have a monster season in 2012.
Got to get both players back and we're set to beat any team out there. Getting home field next year is important. I want the 1st seed in the AFC and nothing less. Not sure I would give on Kareem Jackson just yet. He got beat a few times today but also made a few nice plays. There's hope for him yet.
In reality, the Texans defense held the Ravens to where they needed to. Just the Jacoby Jones fumble early on dug an unfortunate deficit. The Texans were playing catch up all game long at that point. And the Ravens didn't even make enough mistakes. All of their fumbles (three or four of them, I lost count) were all recovered.
I'm just worn down from the Texans right now. It felt like this team was up against it all season long. Always an underdog role. Not even sure they had their four best players on the field for one game this season? Arian Foster, Andre Johnson, Matt Schaub and Mario Williams. One or both, if not three, were always out at least one game.
In 2012, I want to see all of those guys play 16 games or at least make the playoffs with all of them on the field.
