Apparently Bush has had a sports hernia for the last 2 years. Probably why he wasn't re-signed.

So I found out a bit more about how this works. They ask players to put together a list of who they think the top 20 players are. They then assign points based on where you were voted (like the Heisman voting) and build their top 100 list off of that. So it's basically a crap shoot after the first 40-50 guys. One person putting you at 20 instead of 16 could drop you quite a few spots if you're in the 75+ area.
