Could be big news if you are right

Current ESPN site is claiming the Eagles scored more points than the Pats on Sunday

Has that been fact checked yet?

Edit : I'm so fucking happy McDaniels is staying. He's the one I most worried about replacing.

I heard on the radio this morning that if the Josh to indi deal falls through, the indi camp was going to be LIVID lol.

I wonder if this (Josh refusing the job offer) means there is serious issues with either Luck or Jim Irsay.

Also could mean Belichick has gave Kraft a definite date/year that he plans on retiring and Josh has his eye on NE's HC job. #kayetospiracy.

Has to be.... this seemed like it was a done fucking deal, I don't know wtf could have changed it. Unless BB asked Josh to stay on? I wouldn't be surprised if he's loyal enough to BB to literally turn down a HC job because of something like that.

No clue, but I am very happy. I know people loved Patricia, but I've never been a fan of the guy and I'm glad to see someone else come in. Our defense has been laughably bad for awhile now, even if we do sometimes technically rank in the top 10, it's not because the D is good, it's usually just because our opponents are that fucking bad lol. I def wouldn't give him a HC job, but maybe he'll prove me wrong and do great.

That's also feasible. I just really thought BB would stay around for another decade. Seems weird for him to quit so fucking soon. Josh would be the obvious choice for the next HC.

I give BB 5 more years tops. He's been onr record saying he doesn't want to be one of those guys coaching into his 70s (believe he's 66 now? Maybe 65?)

I wasn't aware of that. It just seems like this guy's entire life has revolved around football. I can't imagine him not involved in so way or another, and I just thought he'd call it quits when he was physically incapable of coaching. Good on him though if his plan is to walk away and actually enjoy life. Maybe I just pegged him wrong, because I thought he was the type who couldn't stand not working.

That (what he said to kraft about not wanting to coach well into his 70s) was just referring to being a head coach, it's possible he could go to like a Tom Coughlin type role (executive role) role but that's just me speculating obviously.

You've mentioned 2 possible directions BB could move: up or out. But another possibility reveals itself if we take a closer look at the last quote:

BB could also return to his roots by demoting himself to defensive coordinator
