Need LBs more than anything, Hightower is hurt every year

Some front 7 please

yeah I said last night in this thread we need to focus on D-Line (Edge rushers) and O-line (Nate Solder isn't getting any younger) in the draft next year.

Like I said, when Tre Flowers and 39 year old Harrison are your best pass rusher, you have problems.

I just heard Cyrus' name on the radio and I was like "TOTALLY forgot that guy even existed" lol, dude's always hurt but was a high draft pick for us (2nd round I believe?)

idk

bill doesn't cave for players, he holds everybody accountable, and apparently it was a cocktail of things

flu
bad practices
and he showed up a day late to something

idk i'm not going to start doubting the way he runs the team, if he let butler play in the superbowl, what precedence does that set for new/young players next year?

i would have loved to see butler be able to play, but under the circumstances i'm not upset about it

We just didn't have the weapons we needed to compete with that offense and Foles played a nearly perfect game. Butler wouldn't have made a difference. I said last year that I didn't think we'd be able to win because we had no fucking pass rush, and them somehow still got it done, and then this year, I did t even think we'd make it past Jacksonville after how bad we've been defensively. I'm curious to see if we see improvement with Patricia gone, but I think we're just spread to thin. We've given away too many of our decent players because they refused to take cuts, or they started talking back, and it shows. We're studless on defense, and unless we make some big off-season moves, it could be the same thing.

Still have solid pieces on defense
McCourty + Gilmore very solid
Harmon and Chung aren't the worst

Front 7 just has no talent outside of Brown, Hightower and Flowers
Van Noy is ok, but hes nothing more than a backup
James Harrison should not be playing 70% of your snaps in the Super Bowl
Need major changes to defense by possibly moving some offensive pieces?

We're SOOO much better against the run when he's on the field.

Philly burned us in the running game, they racked up 150+ yards and they were undefeated when rushing over 110+ yards this year.
