there's probably more for each list. i need to rewatch the game. it was so fucking good! the fumble killed me though. as much faith as i have in brady coming back with 55 seconds, i can't remember a single time brady has thrown a hail mary for a td. maybe to moss at one point. i wish dola got behind the pile in the end zone. anyways, it was a beautiful game. congrats eagles. the city of philedelphia is in my prayers

After some thought, I finally figured out what really happened tonight.

All the "turmoil" alleged in the recent article between BB/Kraft/Brady was 100% true. Kraft got on BB's bad side, so it was time for BB to unleash his wrath.

First, he makes the SB with the defense playing well to ensure Patricia has a safe landing spot in Detriot (Matt didn't do anything wrong, no need for collateral damage on him).

Then BB sits Butler for the SB.. This makes Butler unhappy, making sure he won't be back in NE.

This is also BB's way of tanking the game, meaning he has an escape route. He wouldn't have been able to leave the team coming off consecutive SBs. He leaves NE the same way his mentor Parcells did, forcing his way out after a SB loss.

All the pieces fit here.
