As much shit as Ive given Xbox the last few year's Im more comfortable with this controller over a PS one 😨

Xbox 360/1 controllers are better than PS4/3 imo.

But my hands are all fucked up so maybe I'm in the minority on that

PS controller too small, and break easy

If I had to choose I would definitely go Xbox

Yeah, that's part of it, the size. Also the triggers seem less responsive. The Xbox is better at finer adjustments. PS controller has a mushy trigger.

Although I will say my Xbox controllers had their joysticks wear out. I just replaced a couple of them.

I grew up on playstation and ps2, and never minded the controllers probably due to kid sized hands. But when Xbox360/Ps3 came around, the main reason (besides Halo) I switched to microsoft (and never went back) is because of the controllers. Xbox has such superior controllers imo. They fit to the shape of your hand, have joysticks in the right places, and idk. I just like them much more. As a casual gamer, comfort is king. Xbox did it right.
