just a few notes--Lions currently have the 9th best odds to win Super Bowl in 2024. Best odds I can remember ever seeing for Lions since I've been checking in on it...

Another note: Lions are favorites to win NFC North next year.

I dunno, I feel like we overpaid for him, could’ve easily drafted a serviceable RB. The draft is deep. Not sure what Jamaal was asking but it sounds like he was going to go either way.

I am more annoyed with the anzalone resigning, wish we would’ve signed a better LB. Maybe we will draft one, I DO like that we signed Sutton and that other DB, our secondary blew.

I think RBs can be hit or miss, and I think we should use high draft picks for just defense still. I think Montgomery can do exactly what Jamaal was doing (minus all the swag).

Anzalone I'm 50/50 - at times he looked such shit, but at times he looked quite good. Hopefully he stays trending towards looking good.

Those are fair points, I am going to have to agree with you on trusting this regime though. Brad Holmes has drafted some great players later in the draft, and the team believes in Campbell. I don't think I have been more excited for a Lions team as this one!

yeah--definitely best team we've had since I've been a fan. I can remember being excited in both 2015 and 2012 after making playoffs--but never super excited--felt like they didn't have a team that could go deep.

This is by far the best vegas odds we've had to win a super bowl since I've been alive(outside of maybe mid 90's--not sure what the odds were then--wasn't checking vegas books in my diapers).
