I hate the comparision of Jennings to Cobb, completely different people.
Jennings was a dick in the first place and I really wasn't worried about Jennings leaving as compared to Cobb I'm afraid
Cobb is a happy, upbeat guy who always says positive things.

it doesn't matter if you dislike the comparison. it's valid. Jennings had a very impassioned speech after hoisting the Lombardi trophy and made several comments about his love of Green Bay. true it may have been adrenaline or getting caught up in the moment. i recall feeling the same way I do about cobb now. i don't like it at all

idk.

I dunno. It's fair to compare leaving, but I agree with Trev. At that point, I had already labeled Jennings injury prone and didn't think he was a big loss or worth the extra money to keep around.

and we also had a blossoming Cobb on the roster when we released Jennings... Now we have RR, Adams and Abbrederis. Not quite the usual WR crop we have had to work with in recent years. We were so blessed for so long and now we're finally starting to see GB begin to lose this war of attrition at WR

Nooooo Cobbgod :(

Reported the Packers are unwilling to pay him 10M per year; will hit free agency.

Don't be a cocksucker, Randall! 9 million dollars and a legit chance at a Superbowl >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 10.5 or 11 million on some floundering franchise.

I NEED SOME FUCKING GOOD NEWS, SOMETHING TO GIVE ME HOPE

Not even a god damn sign of House, Bulaga, Raji, Guion, Lattimore, god damn nothing.

Cripes, I JUST NEED HOPE Green Bay, HOPE.

(P.s. Glad we feel the same about Cobb, Crash. There is just something that feels like if Cobb is gone there is a glaring hole that can't be replaced as with Jennings there was the sense of he was out of the building already.)
