NFL Network ‏@nflnetwork 20m
Relive one of the greatest upsets of all-time. 1998 NFC Championship: @Atlanta_Falcons vs. Minnesota @Vikings. Right now.

I'm watching it on the NFL Network. Man, that 1998 Vikings team was stacked. May have been the greatest offense in NFL History.

I still don't know how they didn't win it all. 15-1 record and came up one game short of the Super Bowl.

it was hard to see him released from the team but if ronde and woody teamed up for some veteran ass kicking in TB, i'd be alright with that

Hated TB when i lived there (Lynch, Sapp, Brad Johnson years) but i like the new-look bucs quite a bit.

i'm pulling for the other Bay team!

To be fair, outside of Sapp Lynch and Brooksie there wsn't anything on the team worth looking at lol. I never considered Brad Johnson a good QB.

I think this team could replicate the 2002 D, but it takes atleast 1 more of McCoys calibur to make that happen.

These guys make me sick. They talk about winning being important and "this city has great fans" but it's all BS most of the time.

Mario Williams last year topped the cake. LOL

I'd say Simeon Rice and Ronde Barber were worth looking at in their prime.

that entire D was pretty stacked.

players grew into their role as the SB season progressed. Recall the SB MVP wasn't even mentioned yet. Dexter Jackson!

the player i disliked the most other than Sapp was fucking Alstott... not even going to comment

yeah its messed up. Greg Jennings was one of the most charismatic and inspired players on the Pack during the romp to the Super Bowl... watching his reactions to the games and listening to what he was saying on the sideline and the field made me scratch my head when he went with the vikings. leaving a perennial contender for the vikings?

i guess once you reach the mountaintop it becomes about making that gucci :(

Brad Johnson was an accurate passer who threw for a high QB rating. He was very dependable throughout his career. He's ranked 40th all time in NFL History for QB rating. I always thought he was decent. He had big seasons with Tampa Bay (Super Bowl champion), Minnesota and Washington. He was reliable no matter which team he played for. He was too old by the time he played for Dallas in 2007 and 2008.
