That's exactly what you're getting. He was never great, but he's somebody who never missed time and always worked his hardest and there were very few times that he made major mistakes. He missed 2 games since being drafted.

You guys run a 4-3 right? His natural position was a Will, and he played maybe half a season as Mike before we switched the a 3-4 and he stayed inside.
