Based on last season
Vick is having trouble staying healthy and can't score points

If foles can improve his redzone efficiency and eliminate around half his turnovers he is the better option
I mean the guy can put up points for sure its just the turnovers that killed him

Apparently it's a two way battle right now between Foles and Vick.

Barkley doesn't appear to even be in the competition, apparently his throws to the outside marks are VERY slow right now.
