Receiving upfront does not count as the other confirm. The u/f receiver still needs to take some action to confirm their part of the bet.

It's like this, a normal bet, both sides need to confirm, no exceptions.

So technically, the person who receives it upfront (as long as they didn't say cd or any of the variation at any point of the bet) can just hang onto the fg until whenever they desire?
So.. I'm assuming though that typically in these situations, active +++ would say "cd once u/f" or something to that nature.
But if they were to just say, "u/f" (notice there is no cd or variation) and the other user just sends it... It would be BM but not a welch-able offense if they return the fg back at any point?
