I'm not worried, I think with an actual coaching staff Bryce will get there. Hopefully the transition is smooth and he can spend more time learning how to QB
The only good thing about the $12 million NIL deal, in my opinion, is it was incentive heavy. So at least we didn't totally overpay, but for the money he made, he was not worth it. They paid him ready to compete for the Heisman money, not freshman qb who looks and plays like a freshman qb money. I do think he can be a good serviceable qb but I also think he underperformed compared to expectations, and it wasn't all on him for sure.
