An elite RB can elevate a team by a lot. A team can be good without an elite RB, but that doesn't mean it isn't a valuable position.

A lot of analysts have Bijan as a top 5 overall football talent in this draft, it would not be a reach for a team to take him in the first, and I fully expect him to go in the 1st, maybe even in the top 15-20 picks.

/e: Jahmyr Gibbs could go in the 1st as well, but he will probably drop to the 2nd.
