Could be. Solari has a couple years as an OC, so who knows. Somebody might be promoted to OC in title, but really an assistant type of role while Clements maintains most of that responsibility.

As the HC of the Dolphins, sure. But that's got nothing to do with what he did while on MM's staff. Pretty sure Giants' fans are happy with the direction McAdoo is taking that offense, so if you wanted to look at them post GB, even after 1 year, they're still 1 for 2.
